Melissa D. Siebert, 31, Garfield Heights, pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to possession of drugs for heroin she had on Aug. 26, 2010. Seibert faces up to 18 months in jail, a $5,000 fine and a five year operator’s license suspension. Sentencing is set for March 28.
