Columbiana County Common Pleas 2-28

Chad A. Adams, pleaded guilty to two counts unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. He faces up to 10 years in prison and a $20,000 fine. Sentencing is set for April 29.

Court documents accuse Adams of sexual conduct in 2007 and 2008 with a girl, whom was between the ages of 14 and 15 during the time. The offenses happened in two different homes in East Liverpool. Two additional charges of sexual battering involving the same girl will be dropped by the prosecutor’s office.
