Jacqueline S. Snyder, 27, Madison Drive, Columbiana, pleaded guilty to two counts of trafficking in drugs and two counts of possession of drugs, all charges stemming from her connection with heroin in early 2012. She was sentenced to five years of intense intervention supervision.
Jeremy A. Bender, 35, last known address North Broadway, Salem, was sentenced in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to six months in prison for failure to verify his residence as a registered sexual offender. Bender has a previous importuning conviction in Lorain County in 2007. Because he already had 180 days credit since his arrest, Bender was discharged from the Columbiana County Jail.
Dennis A. Higinbotham pleaded guilty to domestic violence for harming April Frantz on Sept. 13 and having a previous conviction in Marion Municipal Court for domestic violence in 2008 for also harming Frantz. He faces up to 18 months in prison and a $5,000 fine. Sentencing is set for March 11.
James A. Bramlett, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs and was immediately sentenced to community control, given credit for each day of custody since Aug. 28, when he was arrested in Pennsylvania and returned to the appropriate correctional facility there. The charge was for cocaine in his possession last February.
James L. Beebout, 42, Densmore Avenue, East Liverpool, was sentenced in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to 19 months in prison for receiving stolen property and two counts each of breaking and entering and vandalism. According to court documents, on Feb. 21, 2012 Beebout broke into the Splish Splash Laundry and Dale’s Laundromat, both in the East Liverpool area, and stole coins while causing a significant amount of damage to the machines belonging to Wilber Krafft.
Additionally, on the same day Beebout was in possession of a stolen truck when he was pulled over by a St. Clair Township police officer, Ryan Stovall.
