Adams Road accident
A 16-year-old Lisbon driver was transported by KLG Ambulance to Salem Regional Medical Canter following a rollover crash just after 3 p.m. Wednesday on Adams Road near Lisbon Wednesday. The passenger, his 12-year-old sister, was not injured. According to state trooper Steve Tucci, the pair were westbound in a 2003 Buick LeSabre on Adams when the driver lost control and went off the left side of the road, striking a fence and overturning. Speed is believed to be a factor in the crash according to Tucci, however, both trooper Tucci and trooper Jodi Bowlen noted that the occupants were both belted and that usually makes a big difference in the seriousness of the injuries. Lisbon firefighters responded to the scene to assist and provide traffic control. Rankin Towing removed the vehicle. (Photo by Patti Schaeffer)
