Staff members of the Community Animal Clinic will be conducting the annual low-cost rabies vaccination clinic with assistance by the East Liverpool Health Department from 12 to 2 p.m. May 19 at Westgate School, 810 W. Eighth Street. The cost is $5 per animal, with dogs required to be on leashes and cats in cages. All animals must be at least 4 months old to be vaccinated. The health department will offer volunteer assistance at the event.
