Woodcarver Rick Cox works on his latest creation Tuesday during the 71st annual Hookstown Fair, which runs through Saturday, Aug. 26. Cox has been producing woodcarvings for 14 years, while his wife has 11 years of experience. Some of  their work includes bears, benches, and statues.
