GUILFORD LAKE — An all-you-can-eat fish fry will be held from 4-7 p.m. Jan. 11 at the Guilford Lake Ruritan Hall on state Route 172 at Hanna Drive. Cost is $10 per person. All profits from the fish fry are used for community needs.

EAST LIVERPOOL — The Seasoned Saints senior group meets 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 11 at Second Baptist Church, Pennsylvania Ave.

EAST LIVERPOOL — An all-you-can-eat breakfast will be held from 7-11 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 27 at L&B Donuts. Proceeds to benefit the Tri-State Tigers American JO volleyball team to help off-set the cost of their trip to Disney to compete at the ESPN sports complex in a national tournament. There will also be a Chinese auction.

LISBON — The Lepper Library will host Richard Wyant from Steel Valley Ukers at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 12. He will conduct an introductory ukulele workshop for beginners of all ages. No experience necessary. No ukulele? No problem. Ukuleles will be provided to patrons for the duration of the program, or if you have one you may bring it. To register, call 330-424-3117.

EAST LIVERPOOL — The Dawson Funeral Home and Hospice of the Valley is offering a one-time grief support session for anyone who has recently lost a loved one. Participants will learn about the grieving process and receive materials to take home. Kim Calhoun, Bereavement Facilitator for Hospice of the Valley, will lead the discussion.

The event will be held at the Dawson Family Center, 220 West 5th Street, East Liverpool. The program will begin at 3 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 10th.
