GLENMOOR — The Glenmoor ECO Presbyterian Church, state Route 267 (Lisbon Street), will have the Ordination/Installation of elders this Sunday during the 11 a.m. service of worship. Pastor Vel Vais’ topic is “A New Kind of Happiness”, with text from Matthew 5:1-12. Children’s Church and Nursery Care are provided during the service. The church is handicap accessible.

EAST LIVERPOOL — Rev. John Bower will be the guest speaker during the 10 a.m. worship service Sunday at Grace Presbyterian Church. His sermon title will be “God’s Call”.

Children’s Sunday school will be held during the service.

A Breakfast Brunch will be held in the church social room following the service honoring Shirley Busby’s birthday.

EAST LIVERPOOL — Trinity Presbyterian Church will celebrate the Second Sunday after Epiphany, during the 11 a.m. worship service Sunday, with guest pastor, the Reverend Mark Wilds officiating.

John McGraw will be starting the service with the Prelude called “As With Gladness Men of Old” by Dix/Kocher.

The choir will sing “What Does the Lord Require of You?” by Strathdee for the offertory under the direction of Carol Walton. Rev. Wild’s message is entitled “Out of Egypt I Have Called My Son” and is based on the scriptures from Matthew 2:13-23. Sunday School begins at 10.

EAST LIVERPOOL — Long’s Run Presbyterian Church welcomes Reverend Mark Wilds to the pulpit during the 10 a.m. worship service Sunday.

His sermon will be titled “Out of Egypt I Have Called my Sons”, with scripture based from Matthew chapter 2. Sunday school begins at 9.

EAST LIVERPOOL — Emmanuel Presbyterian Church welcomes Student Pastor Nancy DeStefano to the pulpit during the 11 a.m. worship service Sunday.

Her sermon is titled “Who or What Owns You?”. Sunday school begins at 9:30.

EAST LIVERPOOL — Rev. Larry S. Hukill will bring the message, “Windswept Waters” during the 10:45 a.m. worship service Sunday at First United Methodist Church, West 5th Street.

The service will include the Reaffirmation of the Baptismal Covenant.

The choir will present the Anthem, “Tune My Heart to Sing Thy Grace” during the service.

The Church office will be closed on Monday in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

The Tuesday Morning Bible Study begins at 10 a.m. and Boy Scout Troop 41 meets at 7 p.m.

Bell Choir meets at 6:30 p.m. and the Choir at 7:30 Wednesday.

Thursday is the deadline for articles to be submitted for the February ‘Voice’.
