Wellsville Veterans Memorial Council is selling tickets for its “A Wagon Full of Wonderful Surprises” fundraiser. Winner receives prizes valued at approximately $700. Prizes include gift cards, household items, tools and more from more than 20 businesses and organizations. Tickets are $5 each. Drawing Dec. 23.
