EAST LIVERPOOL — Last week, the junior and senior students in vocational educational classes of Ed Adamson at East Liverpool High School began the renovation of the Teen Center at the East Liverpool Area Community & Learning Center.

The Teen Center will occupy about 20 percent of the ground floor of the building, located along Main Boulevard next to East Liverpool High School.

The students presently are stringing new LED lights and soon will begin painting the walls. Students did all the design and planning changes to be made to the area. It will provide a meeting and gathering place for teenagers and other youth of the area.

Work should be completed by the end of March.

The family of the late Richard Feldman have offered to donate his air hockey table to the Center for use in the new Center venue.
