WELLSVILLE — Wellsville High School Class of 1968 meets for dinner 6 p.m. Saturday at the Roadhouse.
EAST LIVERPOOL — Aglo of East Liverpool meets 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Salvation Army, East 4th St. Jennie Newbrough, will speak on “Weapon of Prayer”. Teresa Gilmore will lead the worship.
NEW CUMBERLAND — The Oak Glen High School Cheerleaders will be hosting a “Breakfast with Santa” to spread “Christmas Cheer” 9 a.m. to noon Dec. 3 in the high school cafeteria. Cost is $6 per person in advance or $8 per person at the door, which includes a pancake breakfast. Photos with Santa, raffles and Christmas items will also be available for purchase. GLENMOOR — Glenmoor American Legion, Y&O Road, will serve breakfast 9 a.m. to noon Sunday. Cost is $6 eat-in or $6.50 carryout. Menu includes ham, sausage, bacon, eggs, hash browns, toast, pancakes, sausage gravy, biscuits, coffee or tea.
SALEM — Area high school students and their parents are invited to Information Night at Kent State Salem Campus on Nov. 16, beginning with a majors fair at 5 p.m. The information session begins at 6.
Prospective students can meet faculty and staff members who will share information about specific degree programs. Campus tours will also be given.
During the information session, Kent State representatives will explain the admissions process, share financial aid information and provide details about scholarship opportunities. Those who attend Information Night and complete the required paperwork can have their individual application fee waived.
The event will take place at the main building on the Salem campus, 2491 state Route 45 South. To reserve your place, call 330-332-0361.

COLUMBIANA — The Way Station, will be accepting registrations for the Community Wide Thanksgiving Dinner through Wednesday, Nov. 16. Calling ahead is essential to help prepare the number of individuals that will be served. The annual celebration will be held 1 p.m. Nov. 23, at The Upper Room Fellowship. You may sign-up to eat in or you may pick up your meal to take home or have it delivered. Those interested should call The Way Station at 330-482-5072 or come in person to 769 Springfield Rd., Columbiana. Delivery to these locations only: Columbiana, Leetonia, New Waterford, Washingtonville, North Lima, Rogers, Negley, and East Palestine. There is still a need for cooked turkeys, sugar free desserts, and possibly people to transport individuals to the dinner.
