WELLSVILLE — A baked steak dinner will be served 4-6:30 p.m. today at Yellow Creek Presbyterian Church. Cost is $9 for adults and $4.50 for children. Menu includes baked steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, cole slaw, dessert and drink.

EAST LIVERPOOL — East Liverpool High School Alumni will have a drive-thru ham loaf dinner 4-6 p.m. Nov. 17 at the Clock Tower. Cost is $8. Tickets and reservations may be obtained at the Clock Tower or by calling 330-385-0591.

EAST LIVERPOOL — Emmanuel Presbyterian Church, Park Boulevard, East Liverpool, will serve roast beef dinner 4-7 p.m. Saturday. Menu includes mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, coleslaw, rolls, beverage and dessert.  Cost is $8.  Carryout available.

EAST LIVERPOOL — Kent State-East Liverpools’ Speakers Series continues with  Dr. Bob Walker discussing the history of the campus at noon Thursday in the Quiet Study Lounge in Purinton Hall.

The KSU-EL Campus has been a cornerstone of the city for more than 50 years. Walker will showcase the evolution of the campus, including how different events influenced and impacted the people of the college and the community.

Walker is a Kent State graduate and has been an adjunct psychology instructor for 27 years on the East Liverpool Campus. He has been in private practice as a psychologist in East Liverpool for 18 years.

CHESTER — Radical Rosie’s Red Hats meet 1 p.m. Saturday at Crickster’s, Chester. “Hats Galore” presented by Shirley Simcox. Wear or bring a vintage hat, if possible. Bring unwrapped toy for Salvation Army for Christmas and non-perishable items for the food bank.

LISBON — A craft show will take place 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at Trinity Friends Family Life Center.
