CALCUTTA — Former area residents, Adam Hoppel and Jacob Robinson, are returning to their roots “in hopes to give back to the area where they grew up.”

Hoppel and Robinson were born and raised in Columbiana County, and are graduates of Beaver Local High School.

According to a release, they believe that growing up in the area has attributed to their success in sports, life, and business.

“I will never forget the local support I received during my high school, college, and NFL career,” Hoppel said. “This community has meant a lot to me and I always knew that once I became established in my real estate career, I would come home to see if I could help in some way.”

The pair were teammates on the very successful Beaver Local High School football teams in 2000-03, and will once again be teaming up, along with, long time area resident, William Montgomery.

This new team will operate under Venture Home Real Estate, already established in the Pittsburgh area.

The local branch of Venture Home Real Estate will be known as the Bill Montgomery Group. The new group will combine the local experience of longtime native William Montgomery and the Pennsylvania reach of Hoppel and Robinson (Venture Home RE), who have offices in both Upper St. Clair, Pa., and Cranberry, Pa.

“Our goal is to bring new residents to the East Liverpool and Tri State areas from all the surrounding new industries, such as the Shell cracker plant in Beaver,” Robinson said. “Bringing new residents can create more jobs and industry that will support the larger industries that are surrounding us.”

“We are in the center of multi-billion dollar investments in energy and manufacturing, and we hope to capitalize on the opportunity to bring back jobs and residents to our community, “ added Hoppel.
