Shane C. Nevling, 45, Southington, Ohio, and Sadie Post, 23, Youngstown, were stopped at a stop sign south on state Route 165 at state Route 14 in Unity Township at 11:04 a.m. Sunday and Post struck Nevling from behind. Post was cited for assured clear distance.
Pamela A. Risbeck, 43, Lisbon, was westbound on U.S. 30 in Center Township at 2:14 a.m. Friday and went left of center off the left side into a ditch, a pole and overturned into a field. She was cited for failure to control, possession of drug abuse instruments, OVI and seat belt and taken to the St. Elizabeth Hospital with minor injuries.
