A May 13 pretrial was set in County Municipal Court for Donzel E. Owens Jr., 71, state Route 45, Lisbon, charged with sexual imposition for allegedly grabbing another male’s genitals on Sunday.

James Robert Lamp, 43, Foundry Hill Road, Summitville, was fined $700, had his license suspended for a year, required 30 hours community service and ordered to attend a three-day counseling program for OVI first offense and failure to control.

A May 28 pretrial was set for Gregory M. Swiger, 42, East State Street, Salem, charged with OVI first offense and a turn signal violation.

Polly A. Arter, 46, Carmel Achor Road, Rogers, was fined $150 and required 50 hours community service for cruelty to animals for a horse which had become entangled in a fence and was left laying on the ground for some time in January. A May 30 restitution hearing was scheduled.

A May 30 pretrial was set for Jessica M. Szelazek, 27, East Third Street, Salem, charged with theft for allegedly failing to scan about $27 in items at Walmart on Monday.

Anthony Robert Kelly, 30, West Main Street, East Palestine, was fined $300, required 40 hours community service and had his license suspended for 180 days for marijuana paraphernalia and driving under suspension.

Emileigh Lynn Crooms, 20, East Main Street, Salineville, was fined $300 and required 30 hours community service for driving under suspension, expired license and speeding.

Garrick D. Zornes, was fined $240 and required 30 hours community service for driving under suspension and speeding.

Cody J. Davis, 19, Riffle Road, Rogers, was fined $150 and required 30 hours community service for theft for two Four Loko beverages, two hot dogs, a Slim Jim beef stick and a bottle of Orloff diluted vodka taken by Davis and a teenage girl from Circle K in East Palestine on Sunday. The items were valued at nearly $13 total. A second theft charge was dismissed.

Jacob M. Hendricks, 19, Bon Drive, Alliance, was credited with 10 days in jail, sentenced to an additional 15 days in jail, fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for assault for striking a child in Centennial Park in Salem on Feb. 6.

Antoinette J. Bryant, 24, Youngstown, was fined $200 for driving under suspension.

Sara E. Armstead, 32, Pritchard Avenue, Lisbon, was fined $225 and required 20 hours community service for two counts of driving under suspension.

A May 23 pretrial was set for Norma J. Hendricks, 65, Spillway Road, Lisbon, cited with failure to follow orders of the Columbiana County General Health District in regards to keeping a septic system in good working order.

A May 16 pretrial was set for Barbara Bierwirth, 71, Akron, charged with prohibitions against violations of the board of health for allegedly leaving trash waste, an unsafe porch and the West Pine Street, Lisbon, home unsecured after being ordered to remedy the situation.

James M. Houshour II, 26, East Third Street, Salem, was fined $150 for no license amended from driving under suspension.

Ray K. McClelland, 27, Lisbon Road, Salem, was fined $150 for a license plate light violation amended from improper passing.

Brian D. Tinker, 36, Raley Road, New Waterford, was fined $150 and credited with a day served in jail for driving under suspension.

Rebecca McComas, 46, Hillcrest Road, Wellsville, was fined $350 and required 30 hours community service for use of an unauthorized plated, driving under FRA suspension and speeding.

Charles E. McCanna Jr., 37, Taylor Avenue, New Waterford, was fined $105 for failure to control and a seat belt violation.

Joseph M. Seyler, 43, Mill Hall, Pa., was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.
