Columbiana County Grand Jury
David E. Boggs, 27, Vine Avenue, Salem, was served a secret indictment charged with possession of cocaine, possession of drugs and three counts of aggravated possession of drugs. On June 18, Boggs is accused of having cocaine, methamphetamine, fentanyl and buprenorphine. Then on Dec. 8, Boggs allegedly had methamphetamine.
Brandi Lee Cope, also known as Brandi Lee McVay, 25, Ohio Avenue, Salem, was served a secret indictment charged with possession of a fentanyl-related compound for allegedly having the substance on Nov. 21. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in April.
Neal C. Jackson Jr., 39, Steubenville, was served a secret indictment charged with possession of cocaine. Jackson allegedly had less than five grams on Jan. 19. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in April.
