A 17-year-old East Palestine boy was cited into Juvenile Court after allegedly punching holes and cutting holes in the wall of a home; violently yelling and cursing his mother before grabbing her wrists in February; and texting to harass his father making various threats including threatening to drug his father’s food and then call his father’s workplace to get him drug screened so he would lose his job, killing him in his sleep, putting sugar in his gas tank and burning down the house.

Two 16-year-old Salem boys were cited for allegedly sharing in consuming a bottle of rum. Additionally, one belligerently yelled at his mother on Feb. 11 and the other yelled profanities at his mother and her live-in boyfriend before kicking the head rest of a vehicle.

A 16-year-old Wellsville boy was cited for violating the terms of his probation on March 4 after reportedly testing positive for THC.

A 16-year-old East Palestine girl was cited after reportedly being out after curfew on Jan. 10 and running from police when she was ordered to stop. Additionally, she was found to have violated the terms of her probation on Feb. 10.

A 15-year-old Boardman child was cited after allegedly taking four American Express gift cards valued at $25 each from Compco Industries on West Railroad Street, Columbiana in August 2018 and two additional $25 cards later.

A 16-year-old Cleveland girl was cited on Feb. 11 after allegedly running away earlier in the evening and picked up by police, Later she was at the Salem Regional Medical Center where she reportedly threatened to run away again and refused to get into her foster parent’s car.

A 16-year-old East Liverpool girl was cited on Feb. 3 after allegedly throwing a chair at a grill, breaking the porch railing siding, as well as attacking, grabbing and hitting her mother.

A 17-year-old West Branch child was cited after allegedly striking a 14-year-old several times on Feb. 6.

A 16-year-old Beaver Local girl was cited on Feb. 28 after refusing to go to school, follow her mother’s instructions and to work in the diversion program.

A 17-year-old Columbiana girl was cited with violating the terms of her probation after not attending school 12 days in February, including from Feb. 21 to Feb. 26 when she did not tell any parent or guardian where she had gone.

A 13-year-old from an unknown school was found to have violated probation after being truant from school 15 times starting on Jan. 18.

An East Liverpool student was cited with having tobacco products on Feb. 26.

A child was cited with having tobacco in East Palestine on Feb. 6. Another child was cited with having tobacco at the East Palestine High School on Jan. 14.
