Columbiana County grand jury

Nicole E. Mills, 34, Pittsburgh, was served a secret indictment charged with possession of heroin, possession of cocaine and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia. On Dec. 11, Mills allegedly had at least 50 unit doses, but less than 100 doses of heroin, as well as less than five grams of cocaine and the drug paraphernalia. The heroin-related charge is a third-degree felony. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in March.

Michael K. Newell, 34, South Union Avenue, Salem, was served a secret indictment charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony, and possession of drugs. On Jan. 9, Newell allegedly had methamphetamine in an amount equaling or exceeding the bulk amount and buprenorphine. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in March.
