Columbiana County Common Pleas

In Common Pleas Court Jedediah J. Hill, 34, Youngstown, stipulated to violating the terms of his community control, which he was placed on after pleading guilty in Aug 2018 to receiving stolen property. Hill’s community control was dishonorably terminated and he was sentenced to seven months in prison, while granted credit for 30 days already served. The receiving stolen property charge was for a 2016 Nissan owned by Hertz Rental LLC he was found to have on Aug. 30, 2017.

Sidni R. Livolsi, 29, Osbourne Road, Wellsville, stipulated to violating the terms of her community control for possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Her community control was dishonorably terminated and she was sentenced to nine months in prison with credit for 144 days already served. Livolsi’s charge was for having 25 tablets of diazepam in an unmarked prescription bottle. Her community control violations included not reporting to her probation officer or returning his phone calls. “I understand my drug abuse has been a problem,” Livolsi told Judge Scott Washam prior to sentencing. “I get help and then I fall back off.” When Washam questioned where she had been when the probation department was looking for her, Livolsi said East Liverpool.

Nathaniel D. Roberts, 45, pleaded guilty to forgery, three counts of theft and two counts of passing bad checks. Roberts was sentenced to four years community control and ordered to pay, along with his co-defendant Johnell R. Page, $478 to Salem Chrysler Jeep Dodge and $1,222 to Stadium Chevrolet. On April 7, 2017, Roberts and Page purchased tires from both auto businesses, writing checks which were not connected to an actual account. Additionally, Roberts took merchandise from Busy Beaver Hardware in Salem, without paying for it.

Roger D. Wright Jr., 37, Ambrose Avenue, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to non support of dependents. He faces up to a year in prison and a fine of $2,500. Sentencing is set for April 22. Wright was reportedly $15,694 behind on child support of a 15-year-old daughter as of May 9, 2018.

Samuel L. Nemeth, 32, Fifth Street, Salem, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of drugs. Nemeth was found eligible for intervention in lieu of conviction and placed on a four-year intensive treatment plan program. On Nov. 20, 2017, Nemeth had cocaine, amphetamines and a marijuana bowl.

Glen L. McMillin Jr., 40, state Route 7, Rogers, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs for cocaine he had on July 15, 2017. He was placed on four years community control and placed at the Eastern Ohio Correction Center.

Crystal L. Shreve, 40, Alton Street, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs for having a metal spoon containing cocaine in the glove box of her 2015 Hyundai on Nov. 15, 2016. She was found eligible for intervention in lieu of conviction and placed on a four-year intervention treatment plan.

Lestacia A. Scott, 27, Youngstown, was placed on four years community control after previously pleading guilty to trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony. On Oct. 17, 2016, Scott sold about 1.72 grams of heroin to a confidential informant during a controlled purchase in the parking lot of Barnett’s Motel on U.S. Route 62 while children were in the vicinity.

Leana L. Rexroad, 33, Dresden Avenue, East Liverpool, was found eligible for intervention in lieu of conviction. She was placed on a three-year intervention plan for a possession of drugs charge for oxycodone in her possession on Aug. 31, 2017.
