Scott A. Dickey, 53, Dogwood Circle, New Waterford, was northbound on Columbiana-Waterford Road in Fairfield Township at 6:19 p.m. Feb. 2 when he drove off the right side of the road and struck a ditch. He was transported to St. Elizabeths Hospital in Boardman with suspected minor injuries. Dickey was cited with failure to control and a seatbelt violation.

James A. Smiley, 43, Enon Valley, Pa., was westbound on state Route 558 in Unity Township, while Carol S. McIntosh, 56, Signal Road, Columbiana, was eastbound at 3:29 p.m. Jan. 30. McIntosh slid on the snowy roadway left of center and struck the side of Smiley’ vehicle. No injuries were reported and no citations were issued.

Brooke R. Ketchum, 23, Dan Smith Road, Wellsville, was southbound on Scott Mill Road in Middleton Township at 4:35 p.m. Thursday, while another vehicle was northbound. Ketchum told troopers the other vehicle, described as a white car, went left of center, causing her to drive off the right side of the road and strike a ditch. The other vehicle continued on. Ketchum was uninjured.

William W. Graffius, 50, Woodsdale Road, Salem, was southbound on Depot Road and struck a deer standing in the roadway at 11:30 p.m. Wednesday. Graffius was uninjured.

Ivan Monroy, 40, Sebring, was northbound on Knox School Road in West Township at 6:05 a.m. Thursday and failed to stop at the intersection with state Route 172. Monroy drove through the intersection and went off the north side of state Route 172 striking a tree. He was cited with failure to control and had suspected minor injuries, but was not treated.

Cory Parrish, 22, Boyd Road, Wellsville, and Leonard H. Arthur, 62, James Road, Wellsville, were both westbound on Y and O Road in Madison Township at 7:20 p.m. Monday. Parrish stopped to let a deer cross the road and was struck from behind by Arthur, who was cited with assured clear distance. Neither driver was injured.
