In Columbiana County Municipal Court Kenneth Gerald Kleinknecht, 45, Lisbon Road, Leetonia, was fined $1,300, had his license suspended for three years and sentenced to a year in prison for driving under OVI suspension, a turn signals violation and OVI, which is his third in 10 years.

A Feb. 19 pretrial was set for David D. Unkefer, 30, Homeworth Road, Alliance, charged with OVI and a tail lights violation.

Anthony C. Smith, 21, South Howard Avenue, Salem, was fined $200, credited with 13 days served in jail and sentenced to 57 days in jail for possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing official business for hiding in a closet from police on Dec. 5.

John Gerald Wooley, 43, Silliman Street, New Waterford, was fined $200 and required 30 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from aggravated menacing for telling Jennifer Burrows he was going to kill her and himself if she did not allow him to see his child on Feb. 19.

Dustin Michael Andrews, 27, state Route 170, East Palestine, was credited with two days served in jail, sentenced to an additional eight days in jail, fined $400 and required 40 hours community service for two counts of violating a protection order for driving to the home of Jackelyn Garrett on Sept. 15 and sitting near the home of Marina Davis on June 20.

Richard D. Simons, 18, East Street, East Palestine, was sentenced to seven days in jail, fined $200 and required 30 hours community service for theft for taking a package off the porch of a West Clark Street porch on Sunday.

Joseph M. Sferra, was fined $300 and required 50 hours community service for driving under suspension and fictitious plates.

A Feb. 28 pretrial was set for Terrence L. Jordon Jr., 27, Youngstown, cited with driving under suspension.

Devonte M. McKinney, Cleveland, was fined $280, credited with a day served in jail and sentenced to two additional days in jail for driving under suspension and speeding.

Sydney L. James, 19, Industry, Pa., was fined $130 for speeding and expired license.

Brittany H. Robinson, 33, Petterson Road, Wellsville, was fined $100 for possession of drug abuse instruments for three syringes and two burnt spoons in February.

A Feb. 25 pretrial was set for Donna J. May, 32, Hoffee Road, Lisbon, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

John Edward Feezle, 73, Howell Avenue, East Palestine, was fined $100 for an equipment violation amended from insecure load after a car dolly separated from the vehicle he was towing it with, went off the right side of the road and struck a shed and a tree on Aug. 1.

Michael L. Quarterman, 54, Forbes Road, Wellsville, was fined $180 and had his license suspended for180 days for possession of marijuana and a seat belt violation.

Thomas J. Phillips Jr., 46, New Garden Avenue, Salem, was fined $150 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Maura Jennifer Bombiana, 19, Sunnyside Street, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for speeding. A driving under suspension citation was dismissed.

A Feb. 21 pretrial was set for Lucas L. McEldowney, 28, Penn Avenue, East Liverpool, cited with driving under suspension and driving under FRA suspension.

Christina L. Manges, 32, Morris Avenue, Salem, was fined $200 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension.

A driving under suspension citation against Paul Nicholas Swartz, 24, Harvey Avenue, East Liverpool, was dismissed due to a BMV error.

A driving under suspension citation against Larry White, 62, East Fifth Street, Salem, was dismissed.

Crystal D. Barnes, 41, South Lincoln Way, Lisbon, was fined $200 for disorderly conduct for fighting on June 8 and for no license amended from driving under suspension.

Donald C. Fiore, 52, Madison Avenue, Salem, was fined $100 for speeding.
