Ashley and Michael Sheffield
BOARDMAN – Ashley Smith of Canfield and Michael Sheffield of Boardman, were united in marriage Sept. 12, 2015 at the Boardman United Methodist Church, with Rev. Pamela Buzalka officiating. A reception followed at Mr. Anthony’s.
The bride is the daughter of Ralph and Deborah Smith of Canfield. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Youngstown State University, and is employed as a Human Resource Representative for Ohio Edison.
The groom is the son of Charles and Mary Sheffield of Youngstown. He received an Associate Degree in Technical Studies from Youngstown State University, and is employed as a Line Troubleshooter for Ohio Edison.
The bride wore a strapless ivory fit and flare gown adorned with Alencon lace, sequin and beads. The ensemble was completed with a chapel-length train and a fingertip beaded veil that complemented her gown.
The bride’s sister, Jenna Fantone, was her matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Becca Montgomery, Sara Ford, Ashley McNear, and Claudia Kovach. The attendants wore cranberry strapless gowns.
The groom’s brother, Eric Sheffield, performed the duties of best man. Groomsmen were Bob Liberatore, Ron Kollar, Mat Gessler, and Sam Buzzacco.
After a honeymoon in Turks and Cacois, the couple resides in Boardman.
