WELLSVILLE – Robert Brad Owens II, and Marlaina Rose Ketchum of Wellsville, are announcing their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Jeff and Maria Ketchum of Wellsville.

The groom-elect is the son of Brad and Jenny Owens of Wellsville.

The couple graduated from Wellsville High School in 2011.

A fall wedding is planned for Oct. 28, 2016.
