NEW CUMBERLAND – Joe and Judy Gibson of New Cumberland, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Angel Dawn Gibson, to Adam Ray Hickman, son of Vickie Hoyt of East Liverpool and Donnie Hickman of Wellsville.

Miss Gibson is a 2010 graduate of Oak Glen High School and is employed as a waitress at Connie’s Corner in Chester.

Mr. Hickman is a 2006 graduate of Beaver Local High School and is employed at the Walmart Distribution Center in Wintersville.

The couple is planning a June 24, 2016 wedding.
