EAST LIVERPOOL – Mr. and Mrs. Donald Steele, Cannons Mill Road, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on Sept. 27. Mr. Steele and his wife, Millie, were married at the First Church of the Nazarene in East Liverpool on Sept. 27, 1956.

Mr. Steele is retired from LTV (J&L) Steel in Aliquippa, Pa. Mrs. Steele worked at the former Connell’s Candy and Lunch and Hill’s Department Store.

The couple are the parents of two daughters, Dawn Howley of Columbiana and Tammy Peppel of Salem, and three grandsons.
